We can’t wait to meet you! We invite you to fill out an inquiry, which is below. From there we will reach within 48 hours with more information.Every event deserves our full attention. To give you a personal and unhurried experience, private tours are available by appointment only.

Booking
Ready to book? We are so excited to welcome you.! We will send you a contract along with a deposit link, which is required to hold your date. From there, we will schedule our planning meetings. Our team will guide you through every detail, ensuring your event planning journey is seamless and inspired from beginning to end.
Planning
After reserving your date at Evermore Meadows, the planning process begins. Our team will guide you through several key touchpoints leading up to your wedding to ensure every detail is thoughtfully planned.
Approximately nine months prior, we will connect with an email check-in to review early planning progress. At the six month mark, we will host an in-person walkthrough and planning meeting at the venue to begin discussing layout ideas, event flow, and overall vision.
At three months out, you will receive another email check-in to confirm details and answer any questions as planning continues. Then, one month before your wedding, we will meet again at Evermore Meadows for a final in-person walkthrough and planning meeting.
During this final meeting, we will confirm your event layout, wedding day timeline, and bar package, ensuring everything is in place for a seamless and unforgettable celebration.

Party
Your wedding day at Evermore Meadows is designed to feel relaxed, organized, and truly enjoyable from beginning to end.
Our doors open at 8:00 AM, giving you and your bridal party plenty of time to settle in, get ready, and enjoy the morning without feeling rushed. When you arrive, our team will already have your tables and chairs set according to your finalized layout, allowing you and your vendors to begin decorating and preparing for the celebration.
Throughout the day, our team will be present on-site to assist with questions, vendor coordination, and general support to help everything run smoothly.
Your reception may continue until 11:00 PM, allowing you and your guests a full evening to celebrate. At the end of the night, vendors and personal items will need to be removed and cleanup completed by 12:00 AM.
Our goal is to provide a seamless and stress-free environment so you can focus on what truly matters — celebrating with the people you love.

While Evermore Meadows is designed with weddings in mind, our versatile spaces will gracefully accommodate milestone celebrations, corporate gatherings, and private events of distinction.

Every detail has been intentionally designed to provide a seamless experience and a setting that adapts beautifully to each event, including a chapel, reception space, and outdoor gathering areas. Ceremonies and celebrations can occur in any of these spaces.

Evermore Meadows is planned for memorable events for 50 to 400 guests comfortably.

The use of any type of real flame must be contained (glass 3 inches above the flame) and preapproved by Evermore Meadows.

Yes, complimentary on-site parking is included for all guests, including handicapped accessible parking. If a guest needs to leave their car overnight we ask that it is picked up by 8:00 am the following day.

Yes, several charming accommodations are just minutes away in nearby Springfield.

You’re welcome to bring your own trusted vendors, provided they meet our venue standards and insurance requirements. We are also delighted to share our curated list of preferred florists, photographers, entertainers, and planners who have proven exceptional in both artistry and professionalism.

We have seating to hold 400 guest including round tables that seat 6-9 and rectangular queen tables.

All alcohol service must be provided by our licensed and insured bartender beverage catering partner, Just the Basics Mobile Bar. We’ll gladly connect you with these professionals known for impeccable service and elevated celebration ideas. Last call will be 30 minutes prior to the end of the event. Outside alcohol is not allowed.

You can have your ceremony anywhere you’d like on our 3 acres. Most brides and grooms pick our beautiful chapel for their wedding site, but the grassy area near our well groomed pond is also a perfect option.

Yes, we only rent our place for the entire day. You can come in the morning and get ready, go to the church, then come back for the reception.

Not yet. We look forward to creating our design inventory at a later time. We are proud to partner with Create a Scene Events and Noonan Equipment and Event Rental. Our preferred florist, The Floral Plan, also has a large inventory of items available with your floral design package.

No, your initial layout will be fully decided upon planning and set up for your event upon arrival. All other decorations will need to be arranged by you and/or your wedding planner.

Absolutely, we offer additional rental for rehearsals on Thursdays on a first come first serve basis.

Yes, EM also offers all-inclusive weddings Monday - Wednesday.

Evermore Meadows will provide the tables, indoor chairs and barware for your event. Linens, silverware, and plates are available through our exclusive vendors.

Our doors open at 8:00 AM and your vendors and bridal party are welcome at that time. Your reception may continue until 11:00 PM, allowing you and your guests a full evening to celebrate. At the end of the night, vendors and personal items will need to be removed and cleanup will be completed by 12:00 AM.

You’re welcome to bring your own décor touches, but they must be all free-standing. We also have a preferred florist who is happy to help you with your vision.

Our event managers focus on the operational flow of your event .The venue manager does not replace a wedding planner. If you require assistance with a day of coordination, we are happy to provide you with our list of preferred vendors.

Evermore Meadows has a list of approved caterers and vendors from which to choose. It is required that you select a caterer(s)/vendor from this list, unless there is prior approval from Evermore Meadows.
