The Queen Anne Room

The Meadow room
The Meadow Room is a thoughtfully designed reception space, built with purpose to serve as a true blank canvas for couples envisioning a timeless celebration. Natural light lines the walls through expansive windows, illuminating the room and highlighting the beauty of stained wooden beams that vault the ceilings and extend along the walls, creating warmth, depth, and architectural interest.
This spacious and intentional design allows celebrations to feel both grand and inviting. A custom-built, statement-making grand bar anchors the room as a natural gathering place, complemented by refined white oak accents that add understated elegance. A wall of windowed doors opens effortlessly to the covered back porch, blending indoor sophistication with outdoor charm and allowing the celebration to flow seamlessly throughout the evening. Refined yet endlessly customizable, The Meadow Room is designed to adapt beautifully to each couple’s unique vision, seating up to 400 guests when used alone, and 500 when combined with the Queen Anne Room.

Your Evermore Meadows experience includes full access to our indoor and outdoor event spaces, classic tables and chairs, candle lighting on tables, and the support of our professional and attentive on-site team.

We will open for bookings May 1, 2026.

If you are interested in hosting your wedding or event at Evermore Meadows, we would love to welcome you to the site to watch the build in real time. After bookings open in the spring, we will be ready to give you the first look.

You can have your ceremony anywhere you’d like on our 3 acres. Most couples pick our beautiful chapel for their wedding site, but the grassy area near our well-groomed pond is also a perfect option.

Our doors open at 8:00 AM and your vendors and bridal party are welcome at that time. Your reception may continue until 11:00 PM, allowing you and your guests a full evening to celebrate. At the end of the night, vendors and personal items will need to be removed and cleanup will be completed by 12:00 AM.
